Leadership is pre-eminently a business subject, yet it also remains elusive. Often it is still easy to formulate what the result of good leadership should be, but what that looks like is difficult to describe. You could compare 'good leadership' to wine: describing a good wine is almost impossible, but if you take a sip, you know it immediately.

Alumni association Bekader has planned a nice new edition in its series of webinars about social innovations on the above topic. It concerns situations in which (partly large) groups of stakeholders come face to face with each other. An example of this is staff of a large company versus the management in a necessary reorganization. Another good example is a group of farmers whose livestock needs to be drastically reduced. The key question is always: how do we arrive at a solution that does justice to the stakeholders, are goals achieved and can all this be achieved in good harmony?

On Thursday June 30th we will have three speakers in our online Webinar who will share their knowledge, experience, and research results on this subject. The Webinar lasts from 19:00 to 20:45h. We hope you will be there.

You can register via the link. Speakers:

·       Floor de Ruiter - Flying Elephants - has been involved as a consultant in various conflict processes.

·       Pieter Bootsma - KLM - as a member of KLM's board involved in conflicts with groups of employees

·       Desirée van Dun - University of Twente - as a researcher working on aspects of successful leadership in conflict situations.

Via the link, you can register for our webinar via our registration form. In this form we also ask you some questions about your own experience in this area and what you would like to get out of the Webinar. Thanks in advance.
